It wasn’t love at first sight.
It wasn’t a whirlwind romance or a story written in the stars from the very beginning. In fact, when we first met, it was simply another day at work. I had just started a new job—and he just so happened to be my boss.

What began as a professional relationship slowly started to shift. Day after day, we worked side by side—through meetings, our usual clientelle, long hours, and coffee breaks. Somewhere between deadlines and shared glances across the room, we began to see each other in a different light.

There wasn’t one magical moment where everything changed. Instead, it was in the little things: the way he made me laugh even on the toughest days, the quiet support he offered when I needed it most, the conversations that lingered long after the workday ended. We didn’t fall all at once—we grew into something more, slowly and meaningfully.

Eventually, we couldn’t ignore what we were feeling. What started as teamwork blossomed into partnership, friendship turned into love, and the restaurant became the place where we found our forever.
